Center for Disability Services
Students who believe they have a learning disability may contact the University of Utah
Center for Disability Services (CDS)
for information on how to have it professionally diagnosed. Once the
disability has been documented, CDS is then able to secure special testing accommodations for each of the student's classes. Depending upon what is needed, CDS may arrange it so that a student with a disability may their class tests
with a
reader, extra time, etc. This kind of testing takes place in the Testing
Center during Paper-Based Testing Hours as arranged by CDS.
