ACT National
American College Test, National Version


The results of the ACT National test are valid at any school nation wide that accepts ACT.  Candidates may either register online at www.act.org or through the mail by obtaining an ACT registration packet.   These packets are available from the front office of most high schools.  They are also avalable in the lobby of the Testing Center, Room 450 of the Student Services Building.

Individuals wanting to take the test must complete the application and mail it to the ACT company with the required payment before the registration deadline.  Candidates are able to designate which schools they would like their scores sent to when they complete the application.

Basic calculators are allowed to be used during the test, but are not necessary.  Preparation material and additional information is available on the web at www.act.org.   Information about preparation classes can be obtain through the University of Utah Youth Education Department.   (Room:  173 Annex, Phone: 801-585-1911, Web: www.youth.utah.edu)
