VA: CHANGING YOUR MAJOR

Please submit a Request for Benefits to our office after carefully reviewing our Information Sheet . One Request for Benefits can cover a full academic year (Fall, Spring and Summer).  Also, if you have not already done so, apply for Military Service Credit.

If you are receiving Chapter 30, Chapter 33 or Chapter 1606/1607 benefits, please submit a completed form 22-1995 Request for Change of VA Education Program or Place of Training to our office.

If you are receiving Chapter 35 benefits, please submit a completed form 22-5495 Request for Change of Program or Place of Training Survivors' and Dependents' Education Assistance to our office.

If you are receiving Chapter 31 benefits, please contact your Vocational Rehabilitation counselor.
