The mission of the Scheduling Division is to insure the effective use of classroom space in order to promote teaching effectiveness. The Scheduling Division maintains primary responsibility for scheduling University facilities including auditoriums, classrooms, plazas and other outdoor areas. This division coordinates the following activities:

• Schedules special events
• Publishes/produces the semester class schedule
• Facilitates film company scheduling requests
• Establishes policies/procedures for the use of University facilities by the University and Non-University community.
