CONFERRAL OF DEGREE

Degrees are conferred at the annual commencement exercises in May.  Diplomas are mailed to degree recipients following each term.

• Degree candidates who have applied for graduation by the deadlines will receive written instructions Spring Semester regarding deadlines and procedures for commencement related activities, including cap and gown purchase.
• All incomplete (I) grades and correspondence study courses that apply toward graduation credits must be reported to the Registrar's Office by the last regular class period of the term in which the student plans to graduate.

Please Note: Diplomas and copies of information pertaining to a student's academic record will not be released until all obligations (financial, etc.) to the University have been met.
