VA: MILITARY TRANSCRIPTS

Military transcripts are reviewed, upon request from the student, in the Admissions Office at the University of Utah.  As with any other credit submitted by a student from an institution that is not a regionally accredited institution of higher education, individual departments will review military transcripts and make a final recommendation on credit and submit that recommendation to the Admissions Office for approval by the Credits and Admissions Committee.  If credit is recommended, the Admissions Office will post that credit to the student’s record.  The Veterans Affairs Division does not have the authority or ability to award or post credit from military transcripts.  To submit a military transcript for review, please contact the Admissions Office at (801) 581-7281.
