First Year and Transfer Orientation without Advising
If you are unable to attend an Overnight or One-Day Orientation, we offer a few First-Year and Transfer Orientations just before the semester begins. These programs include the entering student to-do list, information about graduation requirements, general education and bachelor’s degree requirements, involvement opportunities and registering for classes. This orientation does not include academic advising. While advising is not required for Freshmen, it is highly encouraged. In order to set up an appointment with an academic advisor, please contact the department you are interested in. If you are an Undecided student, call University College at (801) 581-8146.
