INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE

The goal of this project is to give you a practical challenge in applying your international leadership skills within the University of Utah community. Work in a team of two. Initiate and start early. As leaders in a variety of student or community associations, you are challenged to initiate and complete a project that will promote international exchange or international understanding on campus. This is your opportunity to serve as an agent of change by facilitating international awareness. We encourage you to engage as many of your fellow students on campus as possible. We also encourage you to think about the sustainability of your project, so that your Academy class can leave a legacy for future Utah students to follow.

Your final written proposal on this project should be 8-10 pages, double-spaced. This project is worth 35 percent of the course grade. At the end of the semester, you will prepare a poster session to which the University of Utah community will be invited.

At the end of the semester, you will prepare a poster board for a poster session to which the University of Utah community will be invited.
