ZIONS BANK FOUNDER'S SCHOLARSHIP
Founder's Scholarship Information:
Available to:
High school seniors of an accredited Utah high school, public or private, who will be entering freshmen. Seniors must be Utah residents and entering the University of Utah Fall Semester 2008. Applicants must have a 3.0 or higher GPA and demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, activity involvement, and achievements.
Application:
Use the paper Application for General (Freshman) Scholarships and write "Zions Foundation" on the top of the Scholarship Application. Fill out both merit and leadership portions of the application. Mail with the required essay to the address printed on the application along with one University of Utah Recommendation.

Value:
Resident tuition and fees are awarded for a maximum of eight semesters or until the student receives a baccalaureate degree, whichever comes first. Tuition up to and including 18 hours per semester is covered.
Renewal:
Recipients must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA, and complete a minimum of 24 hours of coursework to renew this waiver.
