Available to:
College sophomores or juniors in the current academic year, who have outstanding potential; intend to pursue careers in environment public policy; and Native American and Alaska Native students who are college sophomores or juniors in the current academic year. Students must have outstanding potential and intend to pursue careers in health care or tribal public policy.
