APPLYING FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

General Information:

Scholarships are provided by the University, alumni, and private donors and are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and promise of future achievement. Financial need is an additional factor for some scholarship awards.

All Scholarship applicants must have applied for admission to the University of Utah and must have submitted the necessary documents before their scholarship application deadline.  December 15, is the preferred filing date for admission to the University. 

Four-year renewable, leadership and/or diversity scholarships must be applied for during the senior year of high school by February 1. Consideration will not be given in subsequent years, even if the student is an entering freshman.
