What do we do?
- Teach place-based environmental education
- Provide education resources for lessons related to Utah Core Curriculum specifically designed to be used at the Bend
- Research and apply riparian and high desert ecological restoration at the Bend
- Partner with organizations and classrooms for Service Learning opportunities
- Organize community events with hands-on learning opportunities
- Offer Integrative Service Projects for higher education Service Learning Scholars

Teach students environmental lessons using place-based, inquiry-based, and experiential techniques, and relate those lessons to students' own real world experiences in order to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills useful for addressing the complex environmental issues that we all face.
