"Bend-in-the-River is a wonderful place to learn about Mother Nature and to do service."

"I think going to Bend-in-the-River was a good thing. I got to see lots of different plants, a snake hole, and a man on a boat. We got to pull out weeds and we got to explore . . . We saw some really cool stuff there. I was really proud of picking weeds and helping out my enviornment!"
