    Group Opportunities: Various groups throughout the Salt Lake area volunteer regularly at the Bend. Your group can volunteer on a regular basis or just one time. Contact the Bend-in-the-River at tpoelzing@sa.utah.edu to set up a time that works for your group.

Willow Planting & Weed Removal

Jordan River Restoration Project

Many thanks to the Utah Rivers Council and our many volunteers who helped remove weeds, transplant trees, dig holes, clear trails, run the water jet stinger, and cut and plant willows at Bend-in-the-River. Come visit the Bend to encourage and watch the willows grow.
