The University College Advising Center is a place where undeclared and pre-major students can ask questions, and get answers about academic programs, University policies and procedures, selecting classes, exploring majors, or any educationally related concern.

     All new students at the University of Utah are enrolled in the University College until they are admitted to a major.

     Students can meet with any UC advisor. Once students find an advisor they trust and feel comfortable with, they are encouraged to continue to work with that person for assistance with future questions and/or concerns.
