Financial resources are a consideration for many returning adult students. One way to assist with the cost of tuition & fees, books, and living expenses is to apply for financial aid consideration.

  • Daniels Opportunity Scholarship:
    Scholarship provided by the Daniels Fund. Award is $1,000 toward tuition for fall semester 2009 and spring semester 2010. Applicants must be enrolled in the Returning to the U program. Application deadline is April 15, 2009. Please do not submit application prior to March 2, 2009.

    The Returning to the U program is a presidential initiative created in 2007. Its mission is to assist adult students in the process of returning and navigating The University of Utah to successfully complete a bachelor's degree.

University College has several locations to assist students.

Main Office, Student Services Bldg., room 450.

Preprofessional Advising Office, specializing in premedical, predental and more is located in Bldg. 44, room 206

Preprofessional Advising for prelaw advising is now located in the OSH Bldg. room 256A.

Marriott Library 2nd floor. The West entrance is closed for construction, please use the East entrance. Download a map to our library office.
