US - Sino Pathway Program
The University of Utah is proud to be a University partner in the US-Sino Pathway Program (USPP). Students in China can begin their academic program at one of the eight Kaplan Education Centers. Students will participate in a series of English preparation courses and begin earning college credit in China before ultimately enrolling at the University of Utah!

Note:
• Students will be transfer students to the University of Utah.
• Students will attend a Summer Bridge experience at Northeastern University (Boston, MA) during the summer before enrolling at the U. The University of Utah will issue a transfer I-20 upon successful completion of the Summer Bridge.
• Students will begin at the University of Utah for the Fall 2010 semester.
Students will need to provide:
• Official transcripts and school records from Northeastern University.
• The University of Utah reserves the right to ask for any other official transcripts, mark sheets, and school records including diplomas and certificates of completion or graduation from all secondary schools, colleges, or universities attended.
• Transcripts submitted for admission become the property of the University and cannot be returned to the applicant.
• Failure to list all institutions previously attended may result in loss of credit and/or dismissal from the university.
For students requesting the I-20 certificate of eligibility, please provide the following items:
• A financial statement with supporting documents is required. It should show the minimum amount of money, in U.S. dollars, required to cover the first year of tuition and living expenses. The minimum amount for an undergraduate student is $29,226.00 U.S. dollars. (Costs are subject to change.)
• A sponsor statement will be required if financial support will be provided by someone other than the student. This statement must be signed by the sponsor and include a statement indicating the sponsor's intent to provide financial support to the student for an entire year of tuition and living expenses.
• Transfer students need to provide their SEVIS identification number and the date that they will be released from their previous U.S. college or university.
• Submit a copy of the first page of your current passport or your national ID card.
