NONRESIDENT ACADEMIC FULL TUITION SCHOLARSHIP

Nonresident high school seniors who will be entering freshmen, and who are applying for  merit and/or leadership and/or diversity scholarships, please use the online Application for General (Freshman) Scholarships or PDF Form.

Available to:	Nonresident high school seniors who will be entering freshmen, based on cumulative GPA and ACT/SAT scores. High academic achievers with proven leadership abilities, activities, and accomplishments.
Application:	The admissions process must be complete and the online Application for General (Freshman) Scholarships or PDF Form must be submitted by February 1.
Provided by:	University of Utah.
Value:	Full nonresident tuition (fees not included) awarded for a maximum of 8 semesters or until the student receives a baccalaureate degree, whichever comes first.
Renewal:	Full time enrollment (minimum of 12 hours) is required for disbursement of any tuition waiver or scholarship award. Recipient must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.7 and complete 24 hours of course work (20 of which must be graded) every two semesters.  Grades are reviewed after the second, fourth, and sixth semester.
Deadline:	The admissions process must be complete and the online Application for General (Freshman) Scholarships or PDF Form must be submitted by February 1.
